Bericht February 22, 2010 PHILIPS PUBLISHES COMBINED 2009 ANNUAL FINANCIAL AND SUSTAINABILITY REPORT Amsterdam, The Netherlands – Royal Philips Electronics (AEX: PHI, NYSE: PHG) today published its combined Annual Financial and Sustainability Report 2009, and expects to file its 2009 Form 20-F with the US Securities and Exchange Commission later today (www.sec.gov). Philips also published the Agenda for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders which will take place on March 25, 2010. The agenda includes the proposal for (early) reappointment of the Board of Management members Gottfried Dutine, Rudy Provoost, Andrea Ragnetti and Steve Rusckowski, to underline continuity in a well-functioning management team against the background of the succession of the President/CEO of the company in 2011. The 2009 Annual Report and Sustainability report is available to shareholders and other interested parties via this internet link. For the first time, the publication of Philips’ Annual Financial and Sustainability Report will be online only, a decision made for environmental reasons.
