The Supervisory Board of Draka Holding N.V. announces that Mr. Frank Dorjee will be appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Management with effect from 1 January 2010.
Mr. Dorjee will succeed Mr. Sandy Lyons, a U.S. citizen, who has advised the Supervisory Board that he has decided it is time to repatriate his family to the U.S. and will step down 31 December 2009. Mr. Lyons joined Draka in 2004 and was a member of the Board of Management as from September 2007.
