GERMANY1 ACQUISITION LIMITED PUBLISHES INTERIM ACCOUNTS FOR THE PERIOD 1 JANUARY TO 30 JUNE 2009
Germany1 Acquisition Limited (the “Company”) has published its Interim Financial Statements for the period from 1 January 2009 to 30 June 2009. The Interim Account is available to investors and other interested parties via the Company’s website www.gal1.de.
About Germany1 Acquisition Limited
The Company is a blank check company formed under the laws of Guernsey as a limited liability company for the purpose of effecting a business combination with one or more operating businesses with principle operations in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. The Company raised €250,000,000 in its Initial Public Offering on 21 July 2008. Each unit was comprised of one share and one warrant to purchase one ordinary share which trade separately on Euronext Amsterdam by NYSE Euronext, the regulated market of Euronext Amsterdam N.V. under the symbols “GAL1S” and “GAL1W”, respectively.
