NB Private Equity Partners Limited ("NBPE" or the "Company") would
like to announce that, in connection with the proposed dual admission
of shares in the Company ("Shares") to trading on the Specialist
Funds Market ("SFM") of the London Stock Exchange plc ("Admission"),
which is expected to become effective on 30 June 2009, it is expected
that there will be a change in the Company's primary central
securities depositary from the Nederlands Centraal Instituut voor
Giraal Effectenverkeer BV ("Euroclear NL") to Euroclear UK & Ireland
Limited ("Euroclear UI").
