NB Private Equity Partners Limited ("NBPE" or the "Company") today announced that the Company intends to seek admission ("Admission") of its shares ("Shares") to trading on the Specialist Fund Market ("SFM") of the London Stock Exchange plc ("LSE"). The Company will retain its current listing on Euronext Amsterdam by NYSE Euronext ("Euronext Amsterdam") and so following Admission the Shares will trade in both London and Amsterdam.
