Zeewolde, The Netherlands, 23 April 2008 - Spyker Cars N.V. ("Spyker" or "the Company"), manufacturer of exclusive premium sports cars, announces today at the General Meeting of Shareholders that Naglis Stancikas of Snoras Bank of Vilnius, Lithuania, has been appointed as member of the Supervisory Board. Mr Stancikas succeeds Mr Dimitrijus Apockinas, who resigned from his function as per today. Spyker also announces the reappointment of Maurizio La Noce as member of the Supervisory board. Mr Hans Go, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has been appointed as Member of the Management Board.
