Guernsey, 17 March 2009 - The Board of Directors of Volta Finance Limited (the "Company") decided, at its last meeting, to pay a dividend of €0.06 per share for the semi-annual period ended 31 January 2009, amounting to €1.8 million. This dividend will be paid out of the Company's distributable reserves.
