OctoPlus announces change in Executive Board

OctoPlus N.V. (“OctoPlus” or “the Company”) (Euronext: OCTO), announces today the forthcoming departure of Hans Pauli, Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The Board of Supervisory Directors and Mr. Pauli have agreed that Mr. Pauli will be leaving the Company on 31 March 2009, after he has completed his supervision of OctoPlus’ 2008 annual accounts.
Simon Sturge, CEO of OctoPlus comments: “On behalf of the Board of Supervisory Directors, I would like to thank Hans for his considerable contribution as a key member of the management team over the past years. We wish him all the best in his future career.”
Hans Pauli has been CFO of OctoPlus since 1 January 2003. The Executive Board will aim to fill the vacancy of CFO as soon as possible.
