Following the Share Buy Back program as announced on 30 September 2008
BinckBank announces that it has acquired 50,000 own shares at an average purchase
price of € 5.3139 during the period 8 December 2008 up to and including 12
December 2008. The definite price will be calculated on a monthly basis and can as
such differ from the average weekly price.
