LeasePlan obtains government guarantee

The Dutch Ministry of Finance announced today that LeasePlan has been granted the first guarantee under the new Dutch government guarantee scheme for banks. Last week LeasePlan, as a Dutch bank, applied to the State for a guarantee for a debt capital market issue of EUR 1.5 billion.
