the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 22, 2008 of Mr.
J.M. McNally as member of its Supervisory Board. The appointment of
Mr. McNally is subject to the usual regulatory approvals.
Mr. McNally is a UK Chartered Accountant and partner of the Wilton
Group, an international tax and accountancy practice headquartered in
London.
