(NASDAQ: ASMI and Euronext Amsterdam: ASM) today announced that it has responded to suggestions proposed by Fursa Alternative Strategies in recent correspondence with the Company, and provided as exhibits to SEC 13D filings by Fursa on December 12, 2007 and January 18, 2008.
