Amsterdam, 17 December, 2007 - Further to the share buyback program announced on 30 July 2007 and its euro 200 million first tranche execution announced on 9 November 2007, TNT N.V. announces that:
• on 10 December 2007, it purchased 363,052 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 29.0811 per share,
• on 11 December 2007, it purchased 445,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 28.6387 per share,
• on 12 December 2007, it purchased 85,292 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 28.3693 per share,
• on 13 December 2007, it purchased 300,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 28.5333 per share,
• on 14 December 2007, it purchased 235,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 28.3450 per share,
• during the period from 12 November 2007 until and including 14 December 2007, it purchased 5,707,109 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 27.7658 per share, and
• the total amount of the share buyback until and including 14 December 2007 therefore amounts to 79.23% of the first euro 200 million tranche.
It is TNT's intention to cancel the repurchased shares.
