Amsterdam, 03 December, 2007 - Further to the share buyback program announced on 30 July 2007 and its euro 200 million first tranche execution announced on 9 November 2007, TNT N.V. announces that:
• on 26 November 2007, it purchased 163,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 26.6120 per share,
• on 27 November 2007, it purchased 150,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 26.5966 per share,
• on 28 November 2007, it purchased 220,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 26.4721 per share,
• on 29 November 2007, it purchased 183,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 26.4977 per share,
• on 30 November 2007, it purchased 276,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 27.9024 per share,
• during the period from 12 November 2007 until and including 30 November 2007, it purchased 3,481,265 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 27.2377 per share, and
• the total amount of the share buyback until and including 30 November 2007 therefore amounts to 47.41% of the first euro 200 million tranche.
It is TNT's intention to cancel the repurchased shares.
