Amsterdam, 26 November, 2007 - Further to the share buyback program announced on 30 July 2007 and its euro 200 million first tranche execution announced on 9 November 2007, TNT N.V. announces that:
• on 19 November 2007, it purchased 298,599 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 27.2928 per share,
• on 20 November 2007, it purchased 230,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 26.5984 per share,
• on 21 November 2007, it purchased 175,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 25.5976 per share,
• on 22 November 2007, it purchased 73,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 26.0506 per share,
• on 23 November 2007, it purchased 20,000 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 26.3267 per share,
• during the period from 12 November 2007 until and including 23 November 2007, it purchased 2,489,265 TNT N.V. ordinary shares at an average price of euro 27.3657 per share, and
• the total amount of the share buyback until and including 23 November 2007 therefore amounts to 34.1% of the first euro 200 million tranche.
It is TNT's intention to cancel the repurchased shares.
