Unibail-Rodamco S.A. announces that the interim dividend of €1.70 per share will be made payable on 15th October 2007, as part of the Company's quarterly distribution policy.
In accordance with the contract terms of the issue of redeemable bonds for Unibail-Rodamco shares ("ORA" = "obligations remboursables en actions Unibail-Rodamco"), an interim cash amount of €1.70 per ORA will be payable on 15th October 2007.
The ex-dividend date for the interim dividend per Unibail-Rodamco share and for the interim cash amount per redeemable bond respectively will be on 15th October 2007 for Euronext Paris and Euronext Amsterdam.
