Amsterdam, The Netherlands & London, UK: The shareholders of Jetix
Europe N.V. (AMEX: JETIX; Reuters: JETIX.AS; Bloomberg: JETIX.NA) today
approved the Company’s proposed share premium distribution of €50 million.
The approval was given by the Company’s shareholders at an Extraordinary
General Meeting (EGM) held today in Amsterdam.
Jetix Europe N.V. also confirmed in the EGM that the ex-distribution date will
be the 27th July 2007, the record date 31st July 2007 and payment date 3rd
August 2007.
This payment will be subject to Dutch withholding tax and so the Company is
required to deduct 15%. In specific circumstances, some shareholders may
be entitled to a reduced rate or to receive the distribution gross, and should
notify the Company immediately if this is the case. Further detailed notes on
