Zeewolde, 24 April 2007 – We have taken notice of an article in De Telegraaf of this morning outlining a claim for payments by Wilhelm Karmann GmbH in the amount of approximately EUR 3,000,000.
In reaction to this article Spyker Cars N.V. would like to make known that the relationship between Spyker and Karmann is stable and fruitful and that the parties are in full agreement on payment terms in respect of services rendered by Karmann to Spyker.
