Halifax, Nova Scotia, April 19, 2007 (TSX: HII.A & HII.B and AEX:HII ) (“Homburg” or the “Company”) announced today that the Company has filed an amended and restated business acquisition report (the “Amended BAR”) amending its business acquisition report filed on October 10, 2006 in connection with Homburg’s acquisition of MoTo Objekt Campeon GmbH & Co. KG ("MoTo"). The Amended BAR is filed to reflect the deletion of certain amounts included in the unaudited pro forma consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2005 which did not conform with requirements for pro forma financial statements included in business acquisition reports as set out in Part 8 of National Instrument 51-102 - Continuous Disclosure Requirements.
