Bericht LUXEMBOURG & ROTTERDAM, Netherlands--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 2, 2007--Arcelor Mittal announces that 385,340,210 Arcelor Mittal Class B shares owned by Mittal Investments S.a.r.l. have been converted into 385,340,210 Arcelor Mittal Class A shares. This conversion has no impact on the total number of shares (1,392,308,490 shares of which 1,320,158,490 Class A shares and 72,150,000 Class B shares).
