The Central Bank of Hungary today (24 March 2016) published its notice regarding unauthorized firms, Different Choice FBC Inc. (Global Village, Room 3&4, P.O.Box931, Mont Fleuri, Mahe, Republic of Seychelles) and Forex Club Inc. (PA- Panama City, Suite H, 50 th Street Global Plaza Tower 19 th Floor).
Different Choice FBC Inc. and Forex Club Inc. are not authorised to carry out investment ─ especially receiving and transmitting client orders and portfolio management ─ services activities or conduct financial operations as per Section 5 of Investments services act (Act CXXXVIII of 2007) in Hungary. According to the published notice Different Choice FBC Inc. ─ under the trading name DCFXBroker ─ offered online trading services for more than 41 different financial products in the foreign exchange markets. The Central Bank of Hungary’s conducted market surveillance procedure established that Different Choice FBC Inc. also introduced a managed account product including a master account (ST1) to which client accounts opened and held with the company could be linked.
