The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) warns the public against the activities of Daikyo Brokerage Limited, a company that offers investment services.

Daikyo Brokerage Limited is not an authorized investment firm in Belgium. It is therefore not allowed to provide investment services in or from within Belgium.

According to the information available to the FSMA, this may be a form of "boiler room" fraud. Additional information about this type of fraud is provided in the general warning published by the FSMA on 26 July 2016.

The FSMA thus advises against responding to any offer of financial service made by the Daikyo Brokerage Limited company and against transferring money to any account number it might mention.
 
Daikyo Brokerage Limited uses the website www.daikyo-brokerage-limited.com, the email addresses contact@daikyo-brokerage-limited.com, clientservices@dakyo-brokerage-limited.com and compliance@daikyo-brokerage-limited.com, the phone number +81 345 789 434 and the fax number +81 345 789 230. It claims to have its registered office in Japan (Mid Town Tower, 9-142-1, Akasaka, Minato, Tokyo).

Moreover, it uses various bank accounts, purportedly opened in the name of the following companies: Champion Luck Enterprises Limited, CTPP Investment Limited, United Equity Clearing Limited, JEC Investment Limited and Asicon Trading Limited.
