Caribbean Netherlands

Anyone who is active in the provision of financial products in the Caribbean Netherlands must be recorded in the register of the AFM or of DNB. In this way, clients and enterprises that do business with an institution are able to see that the institution has a licence.

Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets

The AFM maintains the register of providers, intermediaries, authorised agents and authorised sub-agents, asset managers, and collective investment schemes.

DNB

DNB maintains the register of banks, insurers, and pension funds. You can find the register via Register Dutch Carribean (DNB).
