ESAP: No immediate impact on issuers and other participants in financial markets at this time
The decision on determining the date of entry into force of the regulation of the European Single Access Point (ESAP) entered has been published on 9 July 2026. There are currently no changes to the existing obligations for issuers and other participants in financial markets. Further information will be published on a special ESAP-page.

Update service
The changes in the issued capital, substantial holdings and directors and members of the supervisory board registers are included in the register update each day. If you sign up for the update service, you will receive a daily e-mail listing the changes (Tuesdays through Saturdays).
