If you order information material via the website or if you sign up for our e-mail service, your personal data will only be used for the transmission. Your data will not be kept longer than is necessary for the transmission.

It is possible, among other things, to send complaints, tips and signals about financial enterprises to the AFM via the website. The AFM attaches great value to this. In order to be able to contact you, the AFM asks for your personal details. However, it is also possible to report your complaint anonymously. It is possible that the AFM also uses your e-mail address to invite you to take part in the AFM Consumer & Panel.

Public register

The purposes for which the AFM processes personal data are set out in notification forms. The notification forms are kept in a register by the DPO of the AFM.
