Credit servicers

In this register you can find credit servicers with a license or a European Passport who are allowed to perform activities in the Netherlands. A license holder has a license from the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM). A European Passport holder has a license from the supervising authority in their home member state. The supervising authority from the home member state has notified the AFM the credit servicer wants or is going to perform activities in the Netherlands. A European Passport holder does not have a license from the AFM and is only partially supervised by the AFM.
