How to apply for a licence
To operate a regulated market, you must apply for a licence to the Minister of Finance. The process to be followed for this is detailed in Article 19 of the Wft Implementing Regulations. The licence application has no prescribed form. The AFM will assess the application and advise the Minister on the decision to be taken.
Operating an MTF or OTF
To operate an MTF or OTF, you must apply for a licence to the AFM as an investment firm.
