National Marketing Requirements
Pursuant to the Cross-Border Distribution of Funds Directive, the AFM is obliged to display on its website an overview of the requirements that apply in the Netherlands to AIFs with a registered office outside the Netherlands that are marketed in the Netherlands.
This page contains a downloadable file containing information on the national laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to marketing requirements for AIFs, as referred to in Article 5(1) of Regulation (EU) 2019/1156 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 on facilitating the cross-border distribution of collective investment undertakings.
