Licence (partial) withdrawal

If you want to cease your activities, you must submit a request for the withdrawal of the entire licence.

If you want to cease your activities as an AIFM manager or AIFM investment company without a separate manager, you must submit a request for withdrawal of the entire licence.

Full withdrawal of licence from investment funds

The information you must provide with an application for licence withdrawal depends in part on the reason for the cessation of activities as a manager. You must always motivate your request for withdrawal and demonstrate, among other things, that the manager will no longer perform any activities requiring a licence after the withdrawal of the licence.

You must in any case provide the following documents for the licence withdrawal application:

- manager's statement
- depositary's statement
- cover letter

A licence withdrawal is free of charge. The ongoing supervisory costs will be charged until the withdrawal date of your licence (pro rata).
