Reporting obligations

A manager with an AIFM licence or AIFM registration, granted by the AFM, has reporting obligations.

Do you have an AIFM licence? Then you have the following reporting obligations:

- Submission of the annual report of the AIFs under management

- Submission of the annual report of the manager if it is marketed to retail investors

- Submission of the half-yearly figures of the AIFs under management and manager if it is marketed to retail investors

- Submission of the manager's periodic AIFMD report

- Submission of the regular AIFMD report of the AIFs under management

All these reports must be submitted via the AFM Portal. More information about the AIFMD report can be found on our website.


Submission of the periodic MMF reporting of the MMFs under management

You must submit this via the AFM Portal; you can find more information about the MMF report on our website.

In addition, as a manager, you must also provide periodic prudential reports on a regular basis. This must be done by the Dutch Central Bank (DNB).


Do you have an AIFM registration with the AFM? Then you have the following reporting obligations:

- Submission of the annual AIFMD report of the manager- Submission of the annual AIFMD report of the AIFs under management
