Financial and Sustainability Reporting
The (semi-)annual financial reporting of securities issuing companies is an important source of information for investors, analysts, suppliers and other stakeholders who want to form an opinion about company’s financial position and performance. Therefore, this must comply with statutory reporting requirements and (international) standards.
In addition to supervising companies’ compliance with financial reporting requirements, the AFM also oversees compliance with sustainability reporting requirements.
