ESMA peer reviews
On 7 December 2022 ESMA published the report Peer review into the NCAs’ handling of relocation to the EU in the context of the UK’s withdrawal from the EU. The AFM shares the objectives of the ESMA peer review and welcomes this important piece of supervisory convergence work.
