(Property Fund) heeft, onder voorbehoud van financiering, overeenstemming bereikt over de aankoop van een retail portefeuille van 11 grootschalige winkellocaties verspreid over 10 steden in Polen. De netto aankoopprijs bedraagt € 27,4 miljoen en de initiële netto huurinkomsten bedragen € 2,2 miljoen per jaar. Het Property Fund verwerft hiermee een strategische positie in de grootste vastgoedmarkt van Centraal-Europa.
