De Bilt, 13 March 2015 - Grontmij, a listed consulting & engineering company with a strong European presence, announces that it has signed an agreement to sell its French subsidiary Parera to Ciclad, a French private equity firm, for a consideration of € 7.8 million. Parera, with € 10.0 million revenues, focuses on grid cartography and network detection for French utilities clients. Closing is expected in the coming weeks, upon customary conditions.
