("Nordgold" or "the Company", LSE: NORD), an internationally diversified, low-cost gold producer, announces that it has registered, in accordance with chapter 5.3 of the Dutch Act on Financial Supervision, the interests of Mr. Michael Nossal, Independent non-executive Director of Nordgold, following his purchase of 50,000 GDRs on February 26, 2015 at an average price of US$2.23 per GDR for the total amount of US$111,290. This transaction was settled on March 2, 2015.
