The Supervisory Board of Delta Lloyd announces that it plans to appoint Annemarie Mijer-Nienhuis (44) as chief risk officer and member of Delta Lloyd's Executive Board from 21 May 2015. The Supervisory Board will notify shareholders of the planned appointment at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 21 May 2015, and this will be followed by the formal appointment.
