Palmer Capital Emerging Europe Property Fund N.V. (Property Fund) heeft een tweede tranche van de in oktober 2014 aangekondigde converteerbare obligatielening geplaatst. Daarmee is de financiële herstructurering van het Property Fund afgerond.
