Royal DSM, the global Life Sciences and Materials Sciences company, has repurchased 245,742 of its own shares in the period from 10 January 2014 up to and including 16 January 2014 at an average price of €56.90. This is in accordance with the repurchase, covering existing option plans, announced on 6 November 2013. The consideration of this repurchase was €14.0 million.
