Guernsey, 2 January 2014 - the final dividend for the period ended 31 July 2013 was paid on 30 December 2013. Shareholders of Volta Finance Limited (the "Company") were able to elect to receive the dividend either in cash or in the form of newly issued ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares").
33.3% of Volta's Shareholders elected to receive the dividend payment in Shares.
