NB Private Equity Partners Limited ("NBPE" or "the Company"), a closed-end private equity investment company, today announced an updated Net Asset Value ("NAV").
As of 30 June 2013, the unaudited estimated NAV per share was $11.92, which represents 0.3% decrease compared to the unaudited NAV per share of $11.95 at 31 May 2013.
The value of NBPE's private equity portfolio as presented in the June 2013 monthly report was based on the following information:
