The EGM that was held at 3:30pm (UK time) on 3 July 2013 at 3rd Floor, NatWest House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1WD, Channel Islands, was unable to consider the proposed resolutions as a quorum of members was not present at such meeting either in person or by proxy. The meeting was therefore adjourned for 7 days in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association.
