ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the leading pure play global engineering and consultancy firm, today announced that it has completed a 5-year U.S. Private Placement (USPP) of $90 million.
The USPP is issued at 5% for a 5-year period with 4 investors purchasing ARCADIS notes. Rabobank was responsible for assisting ARCADIS with the transaction. The USPP proceeds will be used to replace maturing bank debt.
