AMSTERDAM (28 June 2013) – Core Laboratories N.V. (NYSE: "CLB US" and NYSE Euronext: "CLB NA") repurchased a total of 50,000 of its common shares during the period of time beginning Thursday, 20 June 2013, through Friday, 28 June 2013, at an average price of USD $151.43 per share. These repurchases were made as part of the Company’s existing share repurchase program.
