("AMG", EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: "AMG") announces that AMG Aluminum has closed the previously announced sale of its 45% equity interest in Nanjing Yunhai KB Alloys Co., Ltd ("YKB") to Nanjing Yunhai Special Metals Co., Ltd.
