AMSTERDAM (19 September 2012) – Core Laboratories N.V. (trading symbol: "CLB") repurchased a total of 50,000 of its common shares during the period of time beginning Tuesday, 11 September 2012, through Wednesday, 19 September 2012, at an average price of USD $126.53 per share. These repurchases were made as part of the Company’s existing share repurchase program.
