ZALTBOMMEL, 23 August 2012 – Today Qurius N.V. has published its report on the first half year of 2012. The results are in line with the expectations as published in the press release of 29 June where Qurius announced its orientation towards joining a larger group. After close of business today Qurius will publish its information pack for shareholders in preparation of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 4 October.
