AMSTERDAM (20 August 2012) – Core Laboratories N.V. (trading symbol: "CLB") repurchased a total of 20,000 of its common shares during the period of time beginning Friday, 10 August 2012, through Friday, 17 August 2012, at an average price of USD $116.48 per share. These repurchases were made as part of the Company’s existing share repurchase program.
