Guernsey, 17 August 2012 - Volta Finance Limited (the "Company" or "Volta Finance" or "Volta") announces an interim dividend to the Member of the Company holding Class C Shares as at 1 July 2012. The rate at which this dividend will be paid is €0.5381 per Class C Share. Payment to be made on or around the 21 August 2012.
