This notice is issued by Stichting Note Trustee Opera Finance (Uni-Invest) (the "Note Trustee"). The Note Trustee hereby notifies the Noteholders that it has received a written request from holders who represent more than 75% of the aggregate Principal Amount Outstanding of the Class A Notes directing it to issue a notice to the Issuer declaring that a Note Event of Default has occurred pursuant to Condition 10(a)(i) by reason of the Issuer's failure to repay principal due on the Final Maturity Date and that the Notes are due and repayable. Accordingly, the Note Trustee has today issued notice to the Issuer declaring that a Note Event of Default has occurred pursuant to Condition 10(a)(i) by reason of the Issuer's failure to repay principal due on the Final Maturity Date and that the Notes are due and repayable.
