In anticipation of the Final Maturity Date and on the assumption that the Issuer will not be able to repay the Class A Notes in full on that date, the Class A Steering Committee has engaged in a dialogue with the Special Servicer, the Issuer and the Note Trustee regarding the options that the Class A Notes (as the Most Senior Class of Notes) would have after the Final Maturity Date to
direct the foreclosure of the Issuer Security in accordance with the Transaction Documents.
Several proposals in relation to the Issuer Security are currently being considered by the Class
A Steering Committee and the Class A Steering Committee has agreed with the Special
Servicer a strategy for pursuing such proposals following the Final Maturity Date and has
outlined this strategy to the Issuer and the Note Trustee.
